Homemade Granola

My new fav breakfast/midday treat/dessert!… It is so good at all times of the day!… Plus bonus its super easy to make!… I will throw in different stuff and mix up the combos, and trust me don’t be intimidated to do so I mean there are so many possibilities!

Ingredients:

4 cups gluten free oats
1/3 cup coconut oil- melted
2/3 cup maple syrup
1 tsp cinnamon
1 cup dried fruit
1 cup nuts
1 Tbsp vanilla
1/4 tsp sea salt

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350.

2. Combine all ingredients except the dried fruit.

3. Spread on cookie sheet, evenly!

4. Bake for 20-25 min.

5. Let sit for 5 min to cool, then place in bowl and toss in your dried fruit of choice!

Voila! So easy and soooo good!
